1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and e444 ("e444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://e444.io. This Agreement governs all use of the e444 website, mobile browser interface, gaming products, sports betting services, payment processing features, promotional offers, and customer support services.

Providing false information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the e444 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same player will be closed, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and bonuses received across any of those accounts will be forfeited in full.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times by contacting e444 support if any details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, e444 requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)

6. Games and Betting

11. Limitation of Liability

e444 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. In all cases where e444's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, e444's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
